Arbeitslose nach Nichtdeutsche, Schwerbehinderte, Teilzeitsuchende und Langzeitarbeitslose in Dortmund pro Jahr von 1990 - 2023. Stand jeweils 30.06. und 31.12.Mit Einführung der Arbeitsmarktreform ("Hartz IV") haben sich die Voraussetzungen für die Erfassung der Arbeitslosigkeit verändert. Der Anstieg gegenüber 2004 ist im Wesentlichen darauf zurückzuführen.
